With the addition of our new flagship cafe - ZenDen Cafe - we have been hard at work bringing our coffee to your daily routine, and now that Spring is here, it is time for another menu of coffees!

Our newest roaster’s pick comes once again from Ethiopia - this time from the Guji Zone. The Ela Farda Coffee Cooperative has been supporting small family farms for many years now. Most coffee that is exported from Ethiopia is harvested and combined with other small family farms that work together at a central mill for processing. This model has provided farmers the chance to not bear the burden of processing their coffees on their own and going through the trials of the open market to sell their goods. When we work together, we can do bigger things that support us all!

This coffee starts with a strawberry overtone, sometimes extracting a little peach, with a cocoa powder undertone. After your first sip, take a breath, and notice the floral notes of magnolia as well.
