Our newest roaster’s pick comes once again from Rwanda - with flavors that continue to blow our minds as we try it out with different brewing methods! What interests us most about this coffee is its nuance of red wine - more like a cabernet - and it’s bright, grapefruity acidity. It sparkles in the mouth and simultaneously has deep, rich, brown-sugary sweetness to go along with it!
